Candy Bear 2 - Scoring
Scoring for Candy Bear is as follows:
Note, there is a 15 second bonus timer penalty when you lose a bear.
Also, if you exit the game without saving in the middle of a level, you lose a bear.
Level Stars are based on your score for each level.
Candy Bear 2 Season Points
Compare yourself to the best Candy Bear 2 players by playing in the Seasons! Each season usually lasts 3-4 weeks. Score Season Points by finishing in the top 20:
- Red candy: 10 points
- Blue candy: 25 points
- Blue and yellow candy: 50 points
- Bronze bonus coin: 100 points
- Silver bonus coin: 250 points
- Gold bonus coin: 750 points
- Blue bonus coin: 1500 points
- Level completion: 100 points for level 1, going up by 50 every 5 levels. (500 points for bonus levels)
- Bonus timer: 10 points for every second remaining on the bonus timer.
- Survival bonus: If you finish the level without losing a bear, you get a bonus starting at 100 points for the first level, going up by 25 every 10 levels. You get a reduced survival bonus if you lose 1, 2, or 3 bears. No survival bonus for losing 4 or more bears. The survival bonus for Bonus Levels:
- Easy Bonus Levels: 100 points
- Medium Bonus Levels: 150 points
- Hard Bonus Levels: 300 points
- Expert Bonus Levels: 500 points
- Master Bonus Levels: 1250 points
- Insane Bonus Levels: 5000 points
- Premium Bonus Levels: range from 200 - 1250 points
- Community Bonus Levels: 200 points and up
- Bunny bonus: 100 points for every bunny you kill with a crate or spikes. No bonus if you don't get the survival bonus, though.
- If you start at level 1 and finish all 120 levels in one continuous game (!!!), you get 3000 extra points for each remaining bear.

- You must finish a level to get 1 star.
- You must get some bonus score to get at least 2 stars. This means you must collect at least one bonus coin, get a survival bonus, bunny bonus, or timer bonus.
- To get 3 stars, your bonus score must be at least 50% of the best bonus score for that level.
- To get 4 stars, your bonus score must be at least 90% of the best bonus score for that level.
- To get the rare, coveted 5 stars, your level score must be the highest score anyone has ever achieved on that level (ties are ok).

- 11th place = 10 points
- 12th place = 9 points
- 13th place = 8 points
- 14th place = 7 points
- 15th place = 6 points
- 16th place = 5 points
- 17th place = 4 points
- 18th place = 3 points
- 19th place = 2 points
- 20th place = 1 point
